Valletta Health is a dutch company. It takes part in Amsterdam BioMed Cluster, a cooperation of life science companies who are at the forefront of research in their field. The Netherlands excel especially in molecular biology research and molecular imaging. Our partner, the AMC is an international leader in a number of fields, including infectious diseases.
Valletta Health is active in the market of anti-inflammatory drugs, notably corticosteroids. Focus is on R&D of the 3 urocanic acids (UOP’S) presently identified. Development is initially limited to topical application for dermatological inflammatory diseases. Natural, endogenous human anti-inflammatory compounds act as model agents for semi-natural and innovative drugs.
